Tagliatelle, linguine, rigatoni e caserecce
For the past seven years some of fields around Borgo Pignano have been planted with Organic “Semolato Cappelli”, an ancient wheat seed with high nutritional values and low gluten content. Flour made from this wheat is far easier on the human digestive system than conventional store bought products. Our products are made at a small Tuscan company that dries the pasta at very low temperatures which helps preserve the nutritional products of the grain.
